So 2007 is drawing to a close - here's a few pieces of year end news! |

| Well here we are, now really cracking on towards the festivities & end of the year and looking ahead to what 2008 might bring! |

| 2007 has been a bit of a strange one really with weather 'dollops' and no real consistency at any time! For some of you it's not proved the best for getting time on the water whilst others have been exceedingly lucky managing to make the most of the action! |
|
| With our new location being so close to Rutland Water we have been rather successful at sneaking in sessions here and there - in the interests of kit testing of course! We were also very lucky to score nice windy conditions for the Rippers trip to Ireland during September, a real gulf period for most of Europe stuck under the high pressure! |

| Despite all this, it did make me consider the fact that we all need to make the effort and try to be as flexible as possible to really make the most of windsurfing in this country as it can be so good...one great day on the water gives us all the taste for so much more so slap that on the list of new year resolutions that you intend to keep... |

Riks is open everyday (inc Sunday's) until noon on 24th. |
